Please note: They do not include local taxes and customs duties for shipments outside the EU.
Shipping times
We ship from Germany. Therefore, international shipping times depend on where you are located. Shipping outside Europe takes longer due to 1. distance and 2. customs clearance.
Approximate shipping time
Germany: 1-3 working days
Neighboring countries: 2-5 working days (BE, NL, DK, PL, CZ, AT, border areas F)
Exception Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 1-2 days longer due to customs clearance
Rest of Europe: 5-15 working days
Rest of the world: 10-30 working days
